Brooksdale Construction was incorporated in the year 2000.  James G. Moloney, the president of Brooksdale Construction Inc. is a licensed general contractor with over 20 years of experience in construction, excavation, and utilities.  Brooksdale Construction specializes in commercial and residential installation of water services, sewer lines, fire protection lines as well as repairs of these utilities.   We also do excavation for both commercial and residential properties.  In addition we are qualified to perform site work and demolition work.  James has a strong reputation for quality workmanship, friendly, and courteous service.
